Monthly marketing service agreement

Please read before signing.

  1. Services and scope. Small Town Loud Marketing will provide the services listed for the selected package and any written onboarding summary approved by both parties. Work outside that scope requires separate written approval and may cost extra.
  2. Term and payment. Monthly services begin only after this agreement is accepted, the first payment is received and required access or materials are provided. Monthly fees are billed in advance. Any authorized recurring payment continues monthly until canceled under this agreement.
  3. Advertising and outside expenses. Advertising budgets, domains, hosting, printing, premium software and outside photography or video are not included unless specifically listed. No outside expense will be charged without the client’s approval.
  4. Client responsibilities. The client will provide accurate business information, timely feedback, necessary account access and materials it has the right to use. Delays in access, content or approval may move delivery dates.
  5. Content and account authorization. The client authorizes Small Town Loud Marketing to create, edit, schedule and publish approved marketing content and to access only the business accounts needed for the agreed services. The client remains responsible for final approval and the accuracy of claims, prices, offers and legal disclosures.
  6. No guaranteed results. Marketing can improve visibility and lead opportunities, but specific revenue, reach, rankings, followers, inquiries or sales are not guaranteed. Platform rules, algorithms, competition and customer demand are outside the agency’s control.
  7. Ownership. After full payment, the client may use final custom deliverables created specifically for its business. Small Town Loud Marketing retains its pre-existing templates, processes, tools and training materials. Unused drafts remain agency property.
  8. Cancellation. Either party may end ongoing monthly services with 30 days’ written notice. Fees already earned or work already completed are not refundable. Approved outside costs and completed work remain due.
  9. Confidentiality and security. Both parties will use reasonable care with confidential information. The client should provide role-based account access when available and should not send passwords through ordinary email or text.
  10. Liability and Texas law. To the extent permitted by law, Small Town Loud Marketing is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, platform outages, account restrictions or third-party actions. This agreement is governed by Texas law, with venue in Fayette County, Texas.
  11. Entire agreement and electronic signature. This agreement, the selected package and any written scope approved by both parties form the service agreement. Changes must be accepted in writing. Typing a signature and submitting this form shows the signer’s intent to sign electronically.
